NYC-based wardrobe stylist Tara A. Denman has been involved in the fashion industry since a very young age. As a model she became one of Revlon’s first “Beautiful Faces of Color” at the age of 17 and has modeled for several notable national publications and commercials. Calling NYC home for over 10 years, Tara is now focused on her love in creating visual artistry through fashion as a wardrobe stylist in one of the most eclectic and energetic fashion hubs of the world. Her fashion resume includes such highlights as styling for major ad campaigns, celebrities, and editorials spreads. Rounding out her experience, Tara has served as protégé and assistant stylist for various well-known wardrobe elite. Her experience assisting with production for numerous designers at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week under the direction of IMG and Patty Hughes, and serving as assistant to the creator and owner of Kage handbags (www.creationsbykage.com) has helped her gain notariety in the industry. She finds inspiration in each client she serves by fusing classic style with modern trends to create signature looks. The designer who has served as her biggest inspiration in fashion is Yves Saint Laurent. “I have always loved European style.
